What is your return policy?
To make a return or exchange, visit our portal here.
During the holiday season (November 15 to January 1) we give our customers an extended time to return or exchange. Please return or exchange your holiday item before January 15th.
What is your shipping policy?
We dispatch your order within 72 hours*, at which time you will receive your tracking number. Shipping in Canada is 3-10 business days while shipping Internationally is 15-20 business days. You are able to choose your preferred shipping at check out. Orders over $150 will receive free shipping.
*During our busiest time of year (Nov 1 to Jan 31), our orders will ship within 5 business days.
To our US customers: we understand that the current tariffs are impacting your ability to support Canadian businesses. If you incur duties upon receiving your package, please send us an email hello@onewednesdayshop.com and we will assist you. Thank you for supporting OW.

Our collections are thoughtfully produced in Vancouver, Peru, Turkey, and India, in partnership with suppliers who share our values. Every facility we work with follows fair labor practices and upholds the highest standards of quality and care. Our partners are Oeko-Tex® and GOTS certified, ensuring that each piece is not only beautifully made but also responsibly crafted for people and the planet.
