How do I get in touch?

What is your return policy?

To make a return or exchange, visit our portal here.

Returns: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund. Return postage is a flat rate of $15 CAD. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, you can do so within 15 days of delivery. Follow the same steps as a return and indicate your preferred exchange. We cover the cost of return postage from Canada, United States of America, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Netherlands.
Non-Returnable Items: Anything that is final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

During the holiday season (November 15 to January 1) we give our customers an extended time to return or exchange. Please return or exchange your holiday item before January 15th. 

What is your shipping policy?

We dispatch your order within 72 hours*, at which time you will receive your tracking number. Shipping in Canada is 3-10 business days while shipping Internationally is 15-20 business days. You are able to choose your preferred shipping at check out. Orders over $100 will receive free shipping. 

*During our busiest time of year (Nov 1 to Jan 31), our orders will ship within 5 business days. 

Where are your products made?

Our collections are thoughtfully produced in Vancouver, Peru, Turkey, and India, in partnership with suppliers who share our values. Every facility we work with follows fair labor practices and upholds the highest standards of quality and care. Our partners are Oeko-Tex® and GOTS certified, ensuring that each piece is not only beautifully made but also responsibly crafted for people and the planet.

Cassidy McCord

Honouring the legacy and foundation that built One Wednesday to a house-hold brand, Cassidy is leading the next chapter of growth. With a passion for apparel, lifestyle goods, and brand building, she brings a unique combination of operational expertise, creative strategy, and entrepreneurial vision to the company.

In 2018, she launched a consulting business supporting venture-backed startups and emerging companies in Vancouver. Across a diverse range of industries, she retained roles spanning across Operations, Sales, Public Relations, Marketing, and Corporate Development. This hands-on experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of what it takes to build and scale businesses at every stage of growth.

Throughout her career, Cassidy has collaborated with more than 50 brands, working with organizations ranging from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies with valuations exceeding $100 million. Her broad exposure across industries has shaped a practical and adaptable approach to business strategy, taking into consideration market dynamics, geography, consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and operational realities.

She is also the Founder of Casscade Creative, a marketing agency created to meet the demand for a more practical, results-driven approach to business development. With the belief that successful brands require both strategic thinking and creative execution, the agency continues to evolve alongside emerging technologies, changing consumer behavior, and new opportunities for innovation.

Today, Cassidy combines her diverse background in business operations, marketing, and brand development to guide One Wednesday's growth, with a focus on creating thoughtfully designed apparel and lifestyle products that inspire confidence, connection, and everyday enjoyment.
